At a beautiful location in Mechelen, we renovated an old mansion into 6 beautiful student studios, 5 student rooms, a duplex appartment and a penthouse. Besides paying a lot of attention to the finish of the studios, rooms and appartments, we also thought of spacious and modern common areas to unwind together after a busy day of classes.

Our residence features:

  • Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer

Rooms available:

* ​Utilities (water, electricity, heating) are not included in the rental price. 
   We ask for an advance of € 70 per month and per person for these costs. 
   This will be settled with the actual costs at the end of the rental period.
